The Benefits Connection is an association plan that was established by the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce in 1980 for it's members. The Benefits Connection pools all companies to reduce costs of the healthcare and other employee benefit coverages. Group coverage is available for Medical, Dental, Term Life, Short & Long Term Disability, Voluntary Health related products and Workers Compensation.
