    Forgotten Cats is in urgent need of foster parents to provide temporary homes, socialization (and manners!) for their kittens and cats awaiting adoption. Some cats will need as little as 2 weeks in a foster home before being eligible to go to their adoption center at the PetSmart store in Wilmington or Christiana.
