The Chamber strives to provide the very best in government affairs programs and representation in the legislative process for the benefit of our members and the business community at large. 

Each year, our government affairs committees work to craft a comprehensive program for approval by our Board of Directors outlining our public policy positions pertaining to the federal, state, county and City of Wilmington levels of government.  The Legislative Program serves as our guide in our lobbying efforts. 

We maintain a daily presence in Dover at the General Assembly during the legislative session and a regular presence at New Castle County Council and Wilmington City Council meetings.  The Chamber also enjoys an excellent working relationship with the members of Delaware's Congressional Delegation and staff, which is in evidence during our annual trip to Capitol Hill.
